2019 – Year In Review
25 Countries, 52 Cities, 4 Continents – 2019 was an incredible year! I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for all the experiences I had, and I want to start by thanking you all for your support along the way.
Some highlights of 2019 include chasing the northern lights in the Lofoten Islands of Norway, returning to Iceland for the summer midnight sun, feeling the spray of water on my face from the mighty Iguazu Falls in Argentina, photographing the Milky Way in Chile’s Atacama Desert, proposing to my partner in Montenegro, and seeing friends and family back home in Australia for the first time in years.
I had the huge honour of being featured and published by National Geographic, received several awards in the EPSON International Pano Awards, and was a finalist in the UK’s Wanderlust Travel Photographer of the Year competition.
Film making and videography took much of my interest this year, and I hope to continue this moving into 2020, with a few commissions and projects planned.
Leaving 2019 behind, I’d like to thank you all again and wish you all the best for 2020!
Without further ado, in chronological order, here are some of my favourite images from the year.
